JOSH POTEETE – OWNER / GENERAL MANAGER – Josh joined MTSS in 2000 and served as Assistant Manager until 2007 when he purchased MTSS. He is a Master Scuba Diver Trainer. He teaches several courses and hosts Caribbean and exotic trips. He is also the MTSS liaison for the Cool Springs Scuba Club.

LISA POTEETE- OWNER / GENERAL MANAGER Lisa joined MTSS professionally in 2007, but has been a customer since 2002. She is a PADI Master Scuba Diver with multiple PADI specialty ratings. Along with her role at MTSS, Lisa also is the principal partner of Index Brokerage Services (www.indexbrokerage.com), providing group employment benefit programs since 1996. Lisa hosts both Caribbean and exotic travel and is responsible for the MTSS travel department.

ROB HARRIS – RETAIL SPECIALIST / INSTRUCTOR – Rob joined MTSS in 2004, is a PADI Master Instructor, and is responsible for the MTSS retail showroom and the MTSS VID (Very Important Diver) Program. Rob teaches several specialties and the Assistant Instructor courses at MTSS. An Instructor since 1989, he has certified over 800 students, taught class to over 2500 students, and documented 3000 plus dives. Rob hosts both Caribbean and exotic trips.

JEFF RIDENOUR – SHOP TECHNICIAN / INSTRUCTOR – Jeff joined MTSS in 2002 and is responsible for shop and customer equipment service and repair. He also is a Master Scuba Diver Trainer who specializes in teaching several courses including Equipment Specialist and Nitrox. Jeff hosts Florida and Caribbean trips.

KEITH CHILDERS- OFFICE MANAGER Keith joined MTSS in the summer of 2000 as a full time staff member with a short absence in 2006. He re-joined MTSS in the spring of 2007. Keith, the only non-diver on staff, is responsible for all of the “behind the scenes” logistic of ordering, receiving, A/P and A/R departments. Although not a diver, Keith and wife Nancy have joined MTSS on many Caribbean trips.

JAY WOOSLEY- INSTRUCTOR / SALES SPECIALIST Jay joined MTSS in 2008 and is currently working toward his PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification. Jay has experience in both the Caribbean and Pacific travel. On the weekends you’ll find Jay either riding motorcycles or diving somewhere locally. Need a dive buddy? E-mail Jay!
